WASCO regrets to inform consumers that the Southern Network is currently experiencing reduced production due to high raw water turbidity and intake clogging following heavy rainfall. As a result, customers in the south may experience low pressure and temporary interruptions in their water supply.
The networks are currently being monitored over the next 24 to 48 hours, at which time an update will be provided. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience these interruptions have caused, as we work to resume operations as soon as possible.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our south control room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
