WASCO regrets to inform consumers that the Theobalds Treatment Plant is experiencing reduced production due to high turbidity and clogged intakes following heavy rainfall. As a result, customers from Millet to Cap Estate will experience low pressure and supply interruptions.
Remedial works at the affected intakes are currently underway. An update will be provided within the next 24 to 48 hours. WASCO deeply regrets the inconvenience that this interruption has caused. We thank our valued customers for their patience and understanding as our crews work to restore the suppy as soon as possible.
