WASCO wishes to inform consumers that remedial works on the Southern Network will continue today Thursday 15th May, following a reduction in production due to heavy rainfall. As a result, customers in the south may experience low pressure and temporary interruptions in their water supply.
An update will be provided within the next 24 to 48 hours. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience these interruptions will cause, as we work to resume operations as soon as possible.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our south control room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
