WASCO wishes to inform consumers that maintainence work is scheduled for the Micoud Treatment Facility on Monday 21st October, 2024 between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm. During the works, customers may experience low pressures due to a decrease in production.
Customers are urged to collect and conserve water ahead of the planned works. Service to the area will be restored upon completion. Consumers at higher elevations and at the end of the service line may experience delays as the network returns to normal. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience this interruption will cause.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults, to our control room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
