WASCO wishes to inform consumers that the pipeline replacement at La Tourney/ St. Jude’s Highway junction, originally scheduled for Wednesday 14th May has been postponed to Wednesday 21st May due to inclement weather. During these works, the water supply to customers in the following areas and at high elevations may experience low pressure and supply interruptions: La Tourney, Hewanorra Orchard, Industrial Estate, Coco Dan, Sections of Blackbay, Cedar Heights, La Ressource, Derriere Morne, Beausejour and Savannes.
Works are estimated to be completed within 8 hours. Customers are urged to collect and conserve water ahead of the planned works. Road users are advised to proceed with caution when traversing the work site. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience this interruption will cause.
