WASCO wishes to inform the public that due to a scheduled pipeline installation on Chaussee Road, Castries, the water supply to the City of Castries and its environs will be affected nightly from Tuesday 18th February from 7:00 p.m. Works are estimated to be completed by Friday 21st February.
Customers at higher elevations may experience a delay as the network stabilizes following the works. WASCO apologizes for the inconvenience this will cause and thanks its valued customers for their patience and understanding.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our north control room at 457-3958, 457-3960 or 451-9812. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0052.
