WASCO wishes to inform consumers that system maintainence is scheduled for the Belle Vue Network, Vieux Fort on Wednesday 12th March from 8:00 a.m. During this period, customers from the following areas may experience low pressure and supply interruptions due to a decrease in water production: Belle Vue, Morne Cayenne, Fond Campeche, Demaily, Fond Sabot, Pierrot, Cacoa, Tete Morne, Vigé.
Works are estimated to be completed within 12 hours. Please note that the network will require 24 hours to fully recharge following these works. Consumers at higher elevations may experience delays as the network returns to normal. Customers are urged to collect and conserve water ahead of the planned works. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience this may cause.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our south Control Room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
