WASCO wishes to inform consumers that due to low raw water inflow on the Patience Network, a valving schedule has been initiated to manage the available water supply. Customers from the following areas will experience supply interruptions from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m: Patience, Lombard, La Pointe, Malgretoute, Mon Repos Village, Wen Development, Coolie Town, St. Marie, Mamiku, Praslin.
This schedule will remain in effect until network pressures have improved. A status update will be provided as necessary. WASCO apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks its valued customers for their patience and understanding.
We encourage consumers to promptly report any supply interruptions and/or localized faults to our south control room at 457-3984. Additionally, reports can be made via WhatsApp Messenger by forwarding contact information and location to 482-0051.
