Mr. Peter NorvillMr. Peter Norville is presently the Strategic Planning Manager and is a  professional Engineer with over 12 years’ experience in Engineering positions in the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Planning within the Government of Saint Lucia. He holds professionally certification in  Project Management with over 15 years of Project Management experience, including over 10 years of Senior Project Management experience at the OECS level. Mr. Norville has provided consultancy services in the fields of Engineering, Environmental Management and Project Management to a range of local and regional organisations. He is experienced in management of projects funded by international donor agencies. Highly proficient in the use of a range of PC-based software applications.
