Southern Services Coordinator

Bibiana Pamphile

As the name suggests, the Southern Services Unit represents a comprehensive network of operations that delivers essential water and wastewater services to the communities of Dennery, Micoud, Vieux-Fort, including Beausejour and Grace, Laborie, Choiseul, Soufriere and Canaries.

This division of the company is responsible for the full spectrum of service delivery, including production, treatment, and quality assurance (PTQ), customer service, distribution, service installations, and repairs.

Teams stationed across these southern districts work collaboratively to ensure that water supply systems are functioning efficiently and that customers receive timely support for billing inquiries, new connections, leak reports, and maintenance requests.

Southern Services also manages infrastructure upgrades, meter installations, and emergency response efforts, maintaining WASCO’s commitment to reliability, ensuring that the south benefits from the same high standards of service and operational excellence upheld across the island.
